Time for a change

My trainer turned me on to MFP. She knew I had the exercise part down, but the eating was still bad. I knew I had to keep a diary, I’ve done it before and it works, so here I am. I have 70-80 pounds to lose and I’m hoping to lose a chunk of it in the next 20 weeks. I’ve signed up for a half marathon on 8/19! Of course when I get down to my goal weight, it will be time to go skydiving, a promise I made myself years ago.

Good for you! You'll find lots of support here, and encouragement to keep up your diary. It helps a lot!

Ha! Good luck. Do the jump now, you'll love it. I made several hundred jumps years ago.

    Take your dog.

I would jump now, but no one will let me because of my weight. The heavist I've seen allowed is 200 lbs.
