I always fry my salmon patties, has anyone ever baked them, and if so, how do they turn out?

If you spray the bottom of your pan with olive oil and the tops of your patty it will work. If you have a convection oven it will cook more evenly. Most newer stoves have the capability to bake or set on convection. Hope this helps

I do all the time! I just put down some foil paper and bake 10min/side and they turn out lovely! I like to put a dash of hot sauce on mine with The Laughing Cow's spreadable Sun Dried Tomatoe and Basil cheese and two pieces of 12grain bread! Spinach leaves, I also put spinach leaves.... now you have me craving one! Hope this helped :)

Bump! I love Salmon Patties. How does everyone else fix theirs? I use canned salmon with an egg and crushed crackers. Mix and fry. Now I will try my convection or george forman though. I would love to see other recipes.
