Does any one have a taco salad recipe?

I really want to make a taco salad for dinner but i dont know a low-cal way to do it. I would just go buy all low cal stuff but i dont know how to add calories together in order to come up with how many calories per serving..if anyone could help me with these issue's id really appreciate it!
