Frustrating!

Last night a coworker of mine, who has recently dropped a considerable amount of weight, told me he has weight loss all figured out - just eat 900-1000 calories per day!!! SMH. He's also going to the gym almost every day. I told him he's starving himself but refrained from full on lecturing. All he's been eating is salads! :noway:

I too work with a few people like that! They hardly eat and limit their food to rabit food. Off course they drop the weight, and quick! (which makes me very jealous also!) but they will gain it back. As soon as they have a bite of pasta/bread!!! And now, about 6 months later, I tell you that one of them has gained a good 50lbs (about 3-4 jean sizes!) She has a huge fat a**!
Don't get distracted by these 'extreme' people (he probably aims to be in a bodybuilding competition next year too?! LOL!)
Stick with me my friend, we'll do it the right way and laugh at their fat a** in a year from now!0 -

I dont know how people do that. I need food. I would rather eat more and exercise more, than eat less. I cant funtion like that.0

I also really need food, clean is better - as does eating in moderation. Rabbit food...Let's watch and see how fast he gains it back once he stops dieting?!
And yes, let's all stick together and laugh at him when we lose more weight than he did originally (collectively lose teh amount anyway) and he'll just be scratching his head wondering what went wrong0
