That's excellent! I don't really have a new found freedom, but I'm happy for you.

    Well done to you!

I have lost 22 lb since start of Jn (although 32lb since early 2011) and I now see a normal girl (ehhh woman?) when I look in the mirror, in stead of Michelin man. That is a new found freedom.

The only negative of that is that it makes me sooooo vain- I catch myself trying to catch a glimps of myself in windows and mirrors everywhere! I don't even look 'GREAT' yet, but I am just so pleased I am no longer the roly poly I used to be! I just look in mirrors all the time to make sure I am not dreaming or kidding myself.
