Hi 15lbish to lose

Hi I'm 19, female and around 146Ib and aim to lose around a stone, I know I might not sound very heavy but I'm only 5'3 and weight shows as it mainly falls on my legs and stomach basically doing this to be healthy, and look nice before my first holiday with my boyfriend in June.

I have bad eating habits this mainly is due to being at university and therefore being quite lazy and eating pizza at midnight rather than cooking, or just snacking on chocolate during the day rather than making a more filling lunch.

    Welcome! Sounds like you already know what to do, stop eating the junk and start working out. :) MFP is a great place to get motivated. Good luck!

    Yeah it's knowing what to do and then enforcing it :). Been at for two weeks only just got the courage to post and I'm seeing a change which is nice.
