Hi all!
Im Amber. Im 22. Im starting a life style change! I started counting calories last week, cut out all soda, and started exercising. To my surprise, exercising is going extremely well. I feel great when I work out. My starting weight was 196. When I weighed myself Monday I was 191. So 5 lbs down. Im about 5'7. My goal is to get to 140-150. I would be happy with 150 and ecstatic with 140. I would like to meet new people on here. See other peoples food diary's so I can get some different ideas for breakfast, snacks, dinners, ect...And just so I can get some motivation. I have tried numerous times to work out but this is the most serious I have been.

    I lost 75 lbs doing the exact same thing. Cutting sodas from my diet and getting portion size under control were my secrets. Good luck!!
