I just made this recipe up and cooked it for my friends at work. They all LOVED it.

Cabbage With a Twist

2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 pound pork tenderloin cut into bite size chunks
3 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast, chunked
4 cups summer squash, cut in chunks
6 cups cabbage, chopped (half of a decent sized head)
1/2 cup green bell pepper, coarsely chopped
salt, pepper and creole seasoning to taste

Heat oil in non stick skillet, season chicken and pork and add to heated oil. Brown and flip meat then add the cabbage, peppers and squash and season the veggies. Stir everything up and cover. Cook and only stir a few times. Adjust heat to keep from burning. Once most of the liquid is gone and the veggies are done to your likeness it is done. Took approximately 20 minutes in my electric skillet.

The pork was absolutely delicious. It was moist and full of flavor. The chicken was good but had nothing compared to the pork.
