Processed foods. Cut them down or out and sodium will drop significantly.0

It's really hard to keep sodium down if you eat out. Become a label reader and choose low sodium breads and meats, even better cook some chicken to slice for sandwiches. Look at the high sodium items in your diary and do a few substitutions.0

Oh and unless you have a health reason, most people don't worry about the sugar from fruit and dairy.0

You eat far too many pre-packaged/processed foods. I'm no expert, but you could start with substituting your current snacks (chips, candy, cheez-its) for fruit or vegetables. Also, the breads you are eating are terribly high in sodium.. Subway should be avoided until your sodium is in check. I obviously didn't look too far back in your diary, but I hope that puts you in the right direction..0

Pick one thing on your processed food list that you substitute with either fruit or a vegetable, the weight will fall off more quickly once sodium is lowered.0

Try to go out to eat less. If you have trouble doing that (like me!), start out by cutting down how often you go out to eat to like 2 or 3 meals a week. Then once you get more used to it try to do it only once a week. That's the main cause of sodium! That & processed food like others have said. Add in a lot of vegetables & make fruit your main source of sugar!
