I had fish last nite. I have one of those heat convection ovens. I love cooking meat now. NO oil and it cooks like 5 minutes for fish.
What kind of oven is it? And if you don't mind me asking, how much? I'd like to cook more meat and fish especially if it cooks in a shorter time period.
Its a sharper image super wave oven. I will cook frozen chicken in 15 minutes. Here is a link: http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/product.asp?SKU=17352067
