I am making our grocery list for the week, and wondering what items tend to show up on your list week after week. What are your "go to" foods? (Specifics would be great -- If fruit and veggies, what varieties? If meat, what cuts? If packaged foods, what brands?)

    i could go on forever but these are my most fav i also by frozen yougart or sherbert if i am wanting an ice cream fix

    boneless skinless chicken breast
    93/7 ground turkey
    chobani greek yogurt, individual fruit and big plain nonfat (use like sour cream/mix with protein powder/etc)
    string cheese, crystal farms light
    eggs
    egg beaters
    apples
    oranges
    bananas
    strawberries
    frozen mixed berries (mix into oatmeal)
    ground flax seed (also for oatmeal/yogurt/protein shakes)
    peanut butter, jif natural
    romaine hearts
    spinach
    frozen broccoli/mixed veggies
    black beans
    garbanzo beans
    carrots
    red pepper

    I do eat oatmeal regularly but i buy that in 25 lb bags so it's not something i pick up regularly.

    Went tonight. Didn't get all of this but here are my usual foods: Fresh garlic, spinach, cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, onions, zucchini and yellow squash, red, yellow and orange bell pepers, mushrooms, broccoli and califlower, butternut squash, gala apples, navel oranges, red or purple grapes, bananas, pineapple, cantalope, SF Chocolate pudding and ready whip, land o lakes FF half and half, Silk coconut milk, oats (also buy in bulk), Peperidge farms very thin wheat bread, simply fruit, salsa, Kroger Carb master yogurt, Chicken stock, whole chicken (make in crock pot), boneless skinless breasts. SF ice picks (popsicles), canned diced tomatoes, black beans, springmix lettuce, craisins, Someone mentioned Kashi-Love it all. The go lean crunch is great mixed into yogurt.
