down about 12 lbs-mainly in my BUTT. (PICS)

I started MFP on Jan 23d.. so it's been about two months now! I decided to see how my progress has been coming along! I have noticed a HUGE increase in my endurance- I could barely run a block in January and I'm already signing up for my first 5K this April! I just started increasing my strength training and two days ago started using free weights rather than machines.

*please just imagine that my skirt is actually pulled down in the first photo.... lol. embarrassing!* :blushing:

weight: -11.5 lbs (150 to 138ish)
thigh: -2 inches
hips: -2.5 inches
waist: -.5 inches

Thanks to everyone for the support so far!
Hoping to lose another 10-15 lbs and pack on some muscle ;)

    Thank you! My diary is open if you would like to see what I usually eat- I cut out all canned/frozen meals- reeeeally upped my protein (about 90g/day) and lowered my carbs.

    As far as exercise:
    zumba 2x week
    cardio (including running and eliptical) 1 hr/day... 3 or 4 days a week
    strength training- 3 or 4 times a week
    small changes (taking the stairs, walking to class/work/stores)
