**** For everyone asking about Bacon! ****
When I make this I use Oscar Myer Lower Sodium Bacon and its only 35 calories per slice (or 70 for 2 slices). So you can use "real" bacon. LOL0 -

My step Dad makes a similar recipe of these and they are absolutely delicious. The main difference is he uses strawberry cream cheese. I looove stuffed jalapenos. 0
