    Wow, they look fabulous, I'm definitley going to try those out.

    Just one question... what kind of bacon do you use that is so low cal? At only 48 cals per jalapeno, the bacon must only be 30 cals a slice.... not that it really matters, I'm going to try them anyway!

    **** For everyone asking about Bacon! ****

    When I make this I use Oscar Myer Lower Sodium Bacon and its only 35 calories per slice (or 70 for 2 slices). So you can use "real" bacon. LOL
