My witty husband is a self-proclaimed grazer- which can be *good* or *bad* depending on what's available to eat.
His quote this AM left me howling, thought I'd share the laugh:
" GRAZING is GOOD if you're grazing in the RIGHT PASTURE
...which means STAY OUT of CANDYLAND, and DON'T VISIT the MUFFIN MAN."

I find that the only way to avoid overeating is for me to be always eating (grazing). I carry a lot of snacks (fruit, protein bars, protein shakes, tuna) with me to work and feed off of it all day.0
