    I'm in. I want to lose a total of 55. I've lost 11 already before starting MFP this month. So 44 more to go..... LET'S DO THIS!!!!

    I'll definitely join! I am near my first goal of 10 lbs since I joined MFP. I am taking this journey 10 lbs at a time. I have quite a bit to lose but would love to lose another 30 by November.
    Is there a "group" we join for this challenge?

    Sounds good. I COMPLETELY fell off the wagon this winter and lost all of my previous progress. Let's start over. I've got almost exactly 30lbs to lose, give or take, so this would be perfect.

    My goal is also 30 lbs I started at 188 and now at 171. The middle number has been the same for over a moth. What does it take to make thae middle number MOVE.
