Hi All,

Would love to have some supportive friends on here who are also doing the NRoLfW program.

I haven't started yet. Got the book yesterday and am ready to start the workouts either tomorrow (Friday) or Monday!

I'm Aussie and 24 years old (nearly) :-)

174cm / 5'7"

SW 75kg / 166lbs

CW 69.9kg / 154lbs

GW 65kg / 143lbs

Although I do plan on ditching the scales for the measuring tape. I'm going to measure myself this weekend :-)

    Hello, I'm Jean and am in the US. I too am following the same book and developed a modified weight lifting program based upon it. I am in the forum of guys and gals focused on fitness and eating well to support weight lifting. My diary is public if you want a peek, and friend me if you would like too. My goal is to reduce body fat from 31% to 23% and loose 29 lbs.

    I am planning on starting the program in two more weeks. I want to finish the program I am on now, which is Chalean Extreme (great set of DVD's and I highly recommend them!) But, I would love to be added if you want another friend! Looking forward to lifting heavy in the near future! :smile:
