    Love this! I have 2 observations:

    1. Shopping for smaller sizes is NEVER bad, and

    2. What does NSV mean? *asks in sheepish tone*

    Great Job--I think we all need to ignore the scale for while and take note of how your clothes fit--or don't fit. I lose size before I lose numbers.

    NSV means 'Non Scale Victory"


    After reading these positive responses it brought a tear to my eye, I mean it. Let's just say I have not been getting enough support from the spouse since I am often preparing two dinners (one for her and son, and one for me to stay healthy). She can't see myself they way I want to. After I drop the final 20lbs, she will see what I mean! I have a pair of 31inch jeans I bought several years ago. I will fit back into them before the end of the year!! And take a pic to prove it.
