    I do this, too. I think it's a smart way to menu plan (do I get dessert or don't I?), plus I don't have to keep going back to the computer. I tend to sit on the computer all day given the opportunity, so I try to limit my time on-line. :happy:

    If there is anything that you will be obsessive about, I would think it would be your health. So I don't see a problem with it. I am the same way with adding stuff while eating.

    I can usually fill in lunch, as I have a meal program (my own design). Exercise should be easier to pre-list as I teach in a health club, but often things interrupt or change my "other than class" plans. Like today, I had not planned to be on the treadmill, but I was watching Sports Center about the Tebow stuff, and ended up at a 30% incline for 20 minutes. So, the answer is yes, but I have to often make changes.
