So I have been having pain in my tailbone area for maybe 3 months… never had the problem before and there is no cyst there. This has all happened since I lost the weight.
So I go and takes my vitals and sees that I lost over 40lbs. he is astonished but its time to find out what the problem is. It turns out that there is nothing there but just my tailbone…. The issue is since I lost so much weight, im practically sitting on my tailbone more than before. Translation, I lost my *kitten*!.... which sucks… so its time I work on my glutes because I need that strong cushion back. we laughed about it because it does bother my but I guess I didn’t sit right so im putting pressure on it…
So im going to be doing a lot of working that area out…. Any suggestions?
Also, did anyone else have this problem?

heavy weighted squats (low bar squats) and go to where your hip crease is below your knee. Legs should be at or just past parallel. Youtube low bar squats for proper form. Not going down far enough puts more emphasis on the quads.0 -

It is quite funny, but worth it.0 -
Woah. Maybe that's why my lower back, particularly around my tailbone is always so sore...0
