It's amazing how life just passes by....one day you are young and fit and the next day ( okay...a decade or two) you can hardly recognize yourself in the mirror. Your insides are still jumping around dancing to the music but your heavy and out-of-shape body just want to sit on the couch. I want my outsides to match the insides...so today is the day.....
