Evil scale!?!?!

Hello all I am new on this site and believe i have been on MFP for about a week i try to hit my calories which is 1,200 and TRY to get a walk in on the treadmill or any exercise in my routine. I did a weigh in on Wednesday to see if i seen any results but to my luck nothing changed! I'm starting to get discouraged, am i wanting to see results to quick and the scale number don't matter or when has anyone else starting to see results? PLease help i want too stay on track but am feeling all i'm doing is not working?? any advice will help.

    Your body needs to get used to the new you. I didn't see much weight loss until about the 3rd week but I was seeing improvements on the way my clothes fit. For me, this is better than seeing a number go down. I have been going strong for 60 days and have dropped 1 pant size, lost 11 lbs., and got rid of most of my love handles!! See, it is not just the weight loss that makes a difference. I love when people notice that I have lost weight. We are all here for you and and we all are here for the same reason.....to get healthy, fit, and live a very long, long life without the weight!! Add me as a friend if you like.....Keep on losing!!
  • Thank you so much awolf2011 that really encouraged me to continue my goal you are a postive thinker and i could really use a friend like that! you are right i would rather see my size drop than a number any day..I will continue my goal and congratulations on your succes i hope many more sizes to drop for us both!
