I workout everyday for over an hour but I don't log my exercise. I rather just know I exercised and hope the weight comes off faster. What does everyone do with their earned exercise calories? Eat/Save?

I eat at least half of them. It's very important to fuel your body with those calories. I don't have a HRm, so I don't know for sure that MFP calories burned are correct, so I go with eating at least half. Good luck!!

I'm intrigued by the concept of saving them. The smart *kitten* in me would like to know what kind of interest rate you're giving for saved calories. To answer the question more seriously, it depends. If I were being really strict about measuring and logging, I'd more likely to eat most of them back. If weren't being that strict about measuring and logging my food, I wouldn't eat them back because I would guess that I would underestimate my caloric intake when I finally got around to logging.

I eat them. As a matter of fact I eat part of them before the exercise since I exercise in the evening. If I did not eat them, I would not have the energy to exercise the way I want to.

I'm trying to get in the habit of eating back up to my BMR to getting into the unhealthy and weight hoarding "starvation mode". Although MFP has a goal of 1390, my BMR is around 1490. So I try to hover there with a combination of diet and exercise.

Food is FUEL. Your body NEEDS that fuel. Don't deprive yourself.
    I have BMR of 2000, I'm exercising 500 calories a day = I'm eating 2500~ calories a day and maintaining 140lb.
