Finally got around to uploading some before & now pics. I never say after,,, there is no after.

Profile pics. Skinny pic and me and wife "Mariettarose" July 25 09, and the not so skinny pic is us last October. The diff is about 100 pounds. 58 for me and 42 for her. Straight diet and exercise. :happy:
