    add a picture, fill out your profile, make some friends, add me :happy: if you want, log your food, get moving, stick with it, learn a bunch, you should be good to go

    I'm new in here too. Been on this site less than a month but I don't know how we made it this far without it. I love the food diary most of all because I can adjust it to calculate what I need and my husband has different needs so he can calculate his. Awesome site. Add me if you like.
