About two years ago, I bought this shirt. It fit ok, but I couldn't close the snaps on the upper arms. I remember thinking, "This is just so effed up. It's a size small. It fits my torso just fine... why doesn't it fit my arms?! My arms aren't that big... are they?!" So I deluded myself for a while longer that my arms weren't fat, and told myself that clothes are just made all screwy. Maybe they put size XS sleeves on a S shirt.

Fast forward two years. I'm down about 20 pounds since then, around 30 total. And now the snaps... snap.

Even after strength training with heavy weights that gave me "giant scary bulky man muscles."

    O SNAP.

Now I need to go try on that shirt-dress I have in my closet. (PS strength training has made my arms way smaller. Displaced squishy gooshy fat with moosles. )

Oh,yeah! Love it! My problem is I found that I didn't dig into my closet soon enough when I began losing weight. I pulled some stuff out that I hadn't been able to wear in a couple years and now they are TOO BIG. Nice problem to have, I admit.

I have the opposite experience. Just had to go buy bigger pants this weekend because my curvy butt and thighs no longer fit into the child-sized pants I wore when I was skinny and saggy. And that's a good thing. :)

    Cute top, btw.

Very nice. Smaller, yet shapelier, arms. Who wouldn't want that?

Oh my Gosh, You have big man bulky arms with all the strength training!!!

Now if only my mom would believe me. She asked me how to get rid of the flab, I told her diet, exercise, inclusing strength. She doesn't believe me. Oh well.
