    April 1st. 2012.
    its hard to get off the couch and acutally do these exercise. with no suport.
    With the open support, theres a thrill to finally start getting my body back to where i want it.

    I just did the 2nd dvd (you rotate bw dvd 1 and 2 the first month). I am loving the sweat! Next weekend ill be leaving MN to drive to louisiana for vacation so I know that at least 1 day I won't be able to work out (the drive is about 18 hrs) and that makes me sad :(

    fyi - just so no one gets discourage when we start
    the booklet says that the first phase you wont see many results, the second phase youll start seeing results that are noticeable in the mirror and clothes and the third phase will be the biggest loss and changes.
