Breakfast :
2 tbsp sugar free hot chocolate mixed with hot water
banana
1 package weight control banana bread oatmeal

Hope the sun is shinning where you all are cause it is rainning, windy and down right cold this morning here in Iowa.

    1/2 a banana
    1 LARGE coffee

    2 rice cakes with 1tbsp of all natural peanut butter. I was really tired so later on I had a vanilla energy milk!

    I am not a huge morning person and this is about all I can muster up to eat. I figure it is at least full of fruit so that is better than nothing at all.
  • Special K cereal with organic, low fat, strawberry yogurt
    And a herbal tea....
    2 hours latter I went to yoga(1h. 1/2)

    Well I give you the award for the best breakfast! Sounds filling and healthy at the same time though I might have opted for two eggs.

    Glass of hot water with 1 pkg of Equal in it.

    Aunt Maple's - Lite Syrup, 1/4 cup - 100 cals
    Kellogg's Pop Tarts - Frosted Chocolate Fudge, 0.25 Pastry - 50 cals :grumble:

    I had a WalMart Brand Ultra Weight Loss Shake - Chocolate - only 180 calories, and let me tell you, it is sooo delicious. It's cold, sweet, and rather filling once you follow it with your water for the morning. I think that they taste better than Slim Fast Shakes. I'm always on the go too, so it's really easy to down quickly. Plus, a real bonus....they are oober cheap! only 4.00 for an 8 pack. They also come in Vanilla and Strawberries and Cream, all very good!

    I sauteed some fresh mushrooms, sweet green peppers, onion in Smart Balance margarine and scrambled an egg into it. and a cup of hot green tea. Very Good! Hello neighbor I am in Iowa and have the same weather. :ohwell:
