My question is I have a red radio flyer wagon in which I sit my 3 year old and go for a total of 1.5 mile walk everyday to pick up my 6 year old, who on the way back climbs in to.. if I'm walking to school with my 3 year old and on the way back I have both of them in it.. how many calories would I be burning if I'm pulling the wagon..? The 3 year old weighs about 35 lbs and the 6 year old about 42 would it make any difference if any if I were to be walking without the kids in the wagon..
Hope my question makes sense..

in the drop down thingy in the exercise tab walking pushing or pulling a stroller is listed...? Maybe that helps?0

the only way to know for sure is via a heart rate monitor.0

There are some options for hiking while carrying a load in the cardiovascular exercise section. While, you aren't going over rough terrain, it may be a better estimate than the walking options.0
