Traditionally I either sit on my roof or paint my toe nails red.

    I eat or take a bath..... or both at the same time

    sit at the beach and listen to the waves roll in (haven't done that in a long time)

    writing helps, soothing music

    Prayer (the Serenity prayer helps keep me calm and balanced), listening to and singing along with music (Gospel and CCM), and reflection on all the good that God has done in my life (the last one really brings a smile to my lips).
