So.. i've been doing zumba lately. and it's been SO much fun. BUT i keep doing everything backwards. and i feel like such an idiot. i am dyslexic so i feel like that's why i do it backwards. but does anyone have any ideas of helping me to go in the same direction so i don't look so stupid? cuz it really sucks. like my friends are like what are you doing? and i'm like.... i have no idea i just can't get it i just go the opposite way pretty much the whole hour. ..

    put your tv in front of a mirror, and follow zumba on the mirror.


    tha'ts a good idea but i'm in a gym.. it's not on my tv. or do you mean to practice?

    I'm the same way! Terribly uncoordinated, but I just laugh with my friends over it, and try to stay at the perimeter of the class so that I don't run into too many others. With enough practice, you'll get it. You just have to build "muscle memory" for the moves. Don't worry about the mistakes, it's more important that you're getting out there!
