I am so addicted to diet coke, I am trying to give it up, replacing with water which I would never drink before!! But would someone tell me why it is so bad for you, besides the aspartame, because if aspartame makes you overweight, then so would chewing most gum..lol.:drinker:

I stopped my soda addiction with water and lots of it. The first couple of days were really hard. I did chew alot of gum during this time funny you mentioned that. I'm trying to kick my splenda addiction.0
