Okay so..my grandparents are over for dinner and of course my grandma brings cake-and she makes suuchhh good cake---:explode: I really want to enjoy some-but I am trying to practice will power and decide not to have any. AHH! I haven't eaten bad today (worst is probably a piece of whole-wheat zucchini bread), I have been eating pretty good overall this week actually...I just don't want the guilt! HELP!:frown:

Personally I think i would have a little slice of the cake. For me, if I deny myself, I just end up over-eating everything else in the meantime. I would enjoy a tiny slice and maybe take a walk afterwords.
Also she should take the cake home with her so the temptation is not there.

if you have calories left roday eat a small piece of the cake. (if not you can subtract from tomoorow) You will still be practicing will power by not going overboard and you will get it off your mind which I agree could lead to eating more later because you felt deprived. Good Luck!0

Thanks everyone---needless to say I ate the cake..lol BUT it was sooo good! I guess it is okay in moderate amounts--so gram better take the cake home with them:grumble: hahaha I did not go out of my calorie range for the day so I guess that's okay too:ohwell:0
