GREEN Smoothies!

I just made my first one, and it was so good... think I might be hooked! I'd love to hear what you put in your green smoothies!

    I made one this morning for the first time. I put:

    spinach, water, banana, peach, pineapple, pear, peanut butter and ice. Came out good. Tasted like peanut butter banana and nothing else. haha.

    My friend at work said to use spinach, parsley and papaya next time as thats her favorite combination.

    Banana Cinnamon Green Smoothie

    Recipe: Smoothie
    Author: Victoria – Green Plate Rule
    Prep time: 2 mins
    Cook time: 1 min
    Total time: 3 mins
    Serves: 1 – 2
    Ingredients

    1/4 cup milk (I prefer coconut or almond milk)
    1 cup vanilla yogurt (I prefer coconut yogurt but any will do)
    1 banana, peeled
    1 cup of spinach
    1 tbsp sweetener; such as agave, honey, or maple syrup
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1 handful of ice

    Instructions

    Place all the ingredients into a blender
    Start on a low speed, slowly raising to high
    Blend until smooth, about 1 min.
