I had lost 3 lbs previously with myfitnesspal but didn't keep it up as I looked for different ways to lose weight. Quite simply, they didn't work so 4 weeks ago, I came back and I've steadily lost a pound a week whilst still eating well and feeling full. I do ashtanga yoga once a week, flow yoga once a week and walk three times a week for an hour. I eat the calories I 'earn' from the exercise and am really happy with how it's all going. There is no way I will stop doing this now, it quite simply works as long as, in my opinion, you are honest with your calorie counting, never eat less than you are allowed and ensure to add in some exercise.

Looking forward to the journey as much as the destination! ;O)

    Hi, you seem to have found your nitch to loose the weight. Congratulations, that's half the battle as I see it. Keep it up and you can get to your goal! Yeah.
