30 Day Shred & Insanity - too much?

I just finished my Insanity program and want to start it over again but also want to do JM's 30 day shred. Is the 30 day shred that intense that I shouldn't mix it with Insanity (Insanity in the AM and 30DS in the PM)? Just trying to see if I'm over reaching or not!

    I think that any weight routine (like 30DS) shouldn't be done every day in order to let your muscles repair. I do 30DS on Mon, Wed, and Fri, and then other workouts on the other days. That said, I don't see why you can't do two different workouts a day--I work out in the morning and go running in the afternoon.

    I do the opposite, I run in the morning and strength train/lift weights in the evening. Sometimes i'll run after the lifting as well. Just listen to your body. If you stop losing weight or start feeling bad, you know you are over doing it. With that much exercise, just make sure you are eating enough calories though.

    Maybe I'll alternate the 2 workouts and do 1 each day. I'll have to see how it goes. Thanks guys!!
