Shocked at how low my intake is!

So last night i was looking through my log and changed it over to potasium and sodium and wow was i shocked at how low it was! i had a 1000+ to reach before the end of the day. today i upped my calories and tried to create it so the levels would be good. Can anyone look at my diary and tell me whats good and how to increase it... plus my carbs are high...is that bad if its a lot of fruits and veggies?

    I wouldn't worry about getting the 2500 grams of sodium -- it's more like a maximum than what you need every day. As for potassium, bananas have plenty, and so does a good multivitamin

    Sodium is more a max than a min.

    For potassium, be aware that many foods which actually DO contain potassium don't report it. The only data I've found which consistently reports potassium is the usda data (the data without the *).
