    Hi-
This is a 6 week bootcamp style workout, and the moves are similar to what I do with my trainer. It is a good home workout, you will get sore!

    This looks really interesting

This is the one I am using right now:

I have an aversion to gyms (membership fees) so do what I can at home ... :)

    This one too!

I just bought a book "Smart girls do Dumbells" it looks like it might do the trick - meant for home use and needs dumbells, maybe a stability ball and a straightback chair.
She does benchpresses on the floor, so no need to panic if you don't have a bench...
She uses "light" dumbells, but I've been doing it with up to 35lbs in each hand (for deadlifts, side bends etc) and lighter 10/17.5 each for arms (which I still suck at!)
Can't remember the author's name, but search for it on Amazon....
Another basic dvd is the "Great dumbell dvd" Funny name, but really dry and basic stuff with excellent tips on form, and even a few complete workouts that you can follow...
    Good luck!

    Hello,

I'm a major proponent for body weight workouts. If you're interested, let me know.
