NSV! Thank you C25K!

Just a few weeks ago, I'd get winded quite badly on my walk into work from the parking lot. Here is a typical walk in:
From my parking spot

At the bottom of the hill: (of course, a few weeks ago this was covered in ice!

Then, the stairs!

By the time I'd reach the top of the stairs, I was gasping/wheezing for air. I noticed just yesterday, thad I had made the trek in without any breathing issues!

I'd say I owe a big thanks to the C25K program!!

You rock!! It isn't really about that nasty little number on the scale, is it? It's about feeling awesome, breathing deeply, living longer and enjoying every minute of it! You are doing so good!! And of course the nasty little number keeps getting littler anyway! :flowerforyou:

That's a great feeling. I remember last year taking the stairs instead of the elevators. I started parking on the 5th floor just for the 10 minute walk to my office. Just keep at it. I am running my first 5K this Sunday, and I can't wait.

Thanks all! I was kind of surprised when it happened...I was like 'huh, how about that! I'm not sucking in air like a fool!"
