    i was once 172 pounds. then i lost like half of that and was around 143 for about 3 years. i had had enough. i remember saying to myself "cookie you are always going to be overweight. just accept it."
    well i didnt accept it!!
    in 18 months i started eating better and exercising and look at me now!!!

    btw -- i think it will STAY off bc i didn't rush. taking your time and teaching yourself to eat properly is the way to go. no crash diets. been there done that. never worked!!
