I've read over and over that one should never eat below thier BMR. My bmr is 1600 but MFP has me at 1200 net?
On days I exercise I eat my cals back (averaging 1600) but on days I don't I eat the recommended 1200. Am I not supposed to eat 1600 min on days I don't work out? So confused...

I'm still trying to figure this all out myself. I too was set at 1200 by MFP and was starving! I increased to my BMR 1354 and I eat most or all of my exercise calories back. I am still waiting to see what happens, but so far the scale has "budged" a little in the right direction.0
