Do you think it makes a difference on when you work out?? Usually I work out in the mornings. I was pretty sure It wouldn't really matter what time you work out as long as you work out. But I was just wondering if anyone thinks it really makes a difference?

Thats what i thought. But it doesn't seem like i've been really losing weight. I've lost maybe 4 lbs in a 3months. And i've been watching what I eat, so I didn't know if i should be doing something different or not lol0

I don't think it really makes a difference. Some will say there is a better time to work out.
Personally I think it all depends on the person. If you like doing a morning workout and have the energy to give it your all than great! If not, some are more able to do a better workout later on in the day.
It's totally a personal choice... do what works best for you!0 -
It doesn't matter. I workout in the morning 3 days a week and in the evening 2 days a week... no difference in the effect, in my opinion.0

Thank you! I didn't think there would really be a difference but I was just checking lol.0

The only time you can't workout is when your sleeping. Other than that, time doesn't matter.

I don't think it matters I workout 5 days a week in the evenings and 1 morning on the weekend. I fill the same each time and get results.0

I don't know the answer to your question, so I will check back to see what other people say.
Personally, I like to work out in the mornings, simply because the gym is only a few blocks from my son's preschool. I drop him off, do some cardio for an hour, and the rest of my day is free and clear! If I wait until later in the day, I tend to be less motivated to go back out, therefore, never make it to the gym!0 -
I don't sleep well after working out at nights. But other then that, it doesn't matter when.0

i've heard from a few different places that the evening is the best time to work out since your body temperature is higher and you've (hopefully) been moving all day, so you're already a little warmed up.
but honestly, i don't think it makes that significant of a difference. as long as you're warmed up and well hydrated, whenever works best for you is the best time to do it.0 -
I have three kiddies...I work out when ever I have a chance to breath. Sometimes, it's walking to and from school and some strength exercises at the playground. Some days, it's putting them all to bed early and hopping on the treadmill later at night! I think when ever you can burn 'em, burn 'em!0
