At the beginning of this month I bought a cloth tape measure to measure my body. Before that, I had been using a piece of string and a metal measure. I found out that my measurements were actually larger, but I had obviously still lost inches.

Today, I measured again, after measuring only 5 days ago. I lost another 1/2 of an inch from my waist! I'm so happy and it makes me feel amazing. I'm finished with the scale, especially since I begin weight training on Tuesday. Measuring again on April 10th!

    Yes it does perk me up! I'm gonna spend a lot of time working out this weekend, it's going to be BEAUTIFUL outside!
