What do you do when you can't find the type of exercise youve done in the list of exercises?!?

    I add it myself. I use a heart rate monitor to track my calories then just enter the exercise into the database. If you don't have an HRM (i highly recommend one) you could always find a similar exercise and see what it is suggesting as calories burned and enter that with your custom exercise.
