I've done Banks' boot camp routine three times now, and it is killer!

The first time I did it, I couldn't get through all of the frog jumps or the crab crawls!

Now, I am proud to say that I can get through it, although I still can't do the frog jumps or the crab crawls non-stop just yet. If I did the frog jumps non-stop, I would face-plant.

If I did the crab-crawls non-stop, I'd have to crab crawl 1.5 miles back to the house, because I doubt I'd be able to get up from that position for a while without a crowbar and some serious determination.

Between the boot camp exercises, pilates and my body works classes at the gym, my stomach definition is returning!! Hallelujah!!
