The user keeponlosing is breaking term #22.

"22. PROHIBITED USES

MyFitnessPal imposes certain restrictions on Your use of the Website and the Services. You represent and warrant that you will not: (a) “stalk” or otherwise harass any person, or contact any person who has requested not to be contacted; (b) provide false, misleading or inaccurate information to MyFitnessPal or any other member; (c) impersonate"

She is using an illegitimate profile picture. Sources have confirmed that it is indeed not her own person being portrayed to other users of the site.

    Rubbish. Her profile points out that the picture isn't her, and that she prefers to remain anonymouse. How is that any more misleading than the users who put up cartoon images as profile pics, or none at all.

    Get a life.
