I AM NEW TO THIS AND LOOKING FOR ANY GOOD WORKOUT IDEAS AND

I AM TRYING TO LOSE SOME WEIGHT BUT AT THE SAME TIME I WANT TO TONE UP. I HAVE NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE AND REALLY COULD USE ALL THE HELP I CAN GET. LOOKING FOR WORK OUTS THAT SHOW GOOD RESULTS AND BETTER WAYS OF EATING AS I STRUGGLE TO GET ENOUGH CALORIES IN MAKING MY BODY GO IN TO STARVATION MODE.

  • If it is general exercise you are looking for, I really like the Lealie Sansone walking videos. Many incorporate upper extremity work also. They are available at dept stores, oline and probably thru your local library. Our library has alot of videos if you want to try some out. There are also videos on you tube. I have done one called 08 minute arms. It must be working because my arms are sore.
    So far this year I have lost 28 pounds. I have done alot of jogging in place while folding laundry. This did turn into jogging in the driveway some, but mostly walking.
