I'm a new person and I love it! One year ago I decided I was tired of being big and heavy. Now I'm thinner and happy!

Highest weight ever 288 (when I gave birth to my daughter)_
Average weight of my 20's was 250 (so sad I spent so much of my 20's so unhealthy)
Current weight 192 (Hello onederland!!!!)
Goal weight 170
Height 5'8

BEFORE PICTURES- roughly 250-280 pounds. Size 22-24 pants.

    wow! and in all honesty, i think ur size 16-18 pants look lose. i think you are actually smaller than that. because i am a size 18 and look waaaaaaaaaaay bigger than you!lol. great job! how long did it take you? any tips?
