2/23/11 - Stuck at 150 since the end of December down from 179.6 on 10/20/11 with running and 1200 calorie diet increased to a 1600 calorie diet in the beginning of February and a week of lifting before these pics were taken
Looked like above until I started an almost entirely protein diet @ 1600 calories on 3/16/11(Last Friday) continuing to lift heavy and completely dropping the running - lost about 5 lbs.
Today (3/23/11) at 144.6 after carbbing up (2000 calories today, with 160grams of carbs vs the 40-50 on my 1600 calorie days)
Starting a PSMF again tomorrow aiming for 1300 calories this time (vs the 1600 this past week, except for 2k today) ... and I aim to drop another 5lbs or so - six pack in less than two months? Yes it is possible! (and I'm predicting the six pack after I drop the 5 lbs - now you can just barely see the bottom abs).

Thanks guys .... I finally took some peoples advice on this forum and focused on building muscle. I was using fat burners since January and I was stuck at 150 for so long even with a ton of running.... and as you can see in that pic the running/fat burners weren't working that great.... I was eating a healthy, high Carb diet because I wanted energy for running but I wasn't getting definition.... so I started lifting and running but nothing was happening as you can see in the pic. I graduallly decreased my running and decided to just stop it during my all protein diet this week. I was using creatine for about the first two weeks of this month and I looked bloated but my strength went up.... I cut out the creatine earlier this week while I was low carbing it because I could tell it was covering up my ab muscles and along with the high protein I cut out a lot of the fat and water that the carbs were making me hold onto and it really cut me up ... started again today looking for more fat loss... will post up results in a week.0
