Massive Milestone for me....

So today is huge for me I have reach a great goal which I had set myself and I'm proud.

It hasn't been easy, on fact some days it's been bloody hard work, but I've survived and now I'm moving onto my next goal my target weight.

So what have I achieved I hear you say....

Well....

I have lossed over 9 stone, 128 pounds or 58kgs in exactly 1 year.... well 6 months of knuckling down to be honest :happy:

This application has helped me massively, it has empowered me to understand what imputting into my body :bigsmile:

So my next goal is another 4 stone 5 pounds, 61.4 pounds or 27.9 kg's to loose

I'm 6ft 1 inches tall so I'm aiming to have a BMI of 35 get down to 18 stone 5 pounds, 257 pounds or 117 kgs and then will set myself my next goal when I reach this one.

But I think that's not bad for someone that was 31 stone 12 pounds, 446.2 pounds or 202.8 kgs.......

    My start weight 2 jan 2012 was 31 stone at the doc's (Only scales I can use that go big enough to weigh myself).
    having you has my friend on MFP has given me a big boast on the weight I know can be lost with hard work and watching what I eat.
