4days and 3lbs down

I started MFP a few months ago but ended up losing my way. This week I told myself that is it back to the weight loss and gaining motivation. I started back on Tuesday 20march and only 4 days in I've lost 3lbs I can't believe it I'm so proud of myself and this time I'm determind to make it to my first mini goal to lose 25lbs by the summer and my overall goal is to lose 50lbs

    Good job and welcome back. It's a good idea to set short term goals and long terms and to write them down. You are more likely to stick to them. Keep yourself surrounded by those who are in the same boat as you. We need all encouragement and support we can get. This is a great place for that.
    Best of luck and make sure you've got a plan written out. Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.
